Writing

We believe that the technical writing in any manual should be as clear and direct as possible. In the past, technical writing tended to be wordy - often the writer was actually trying to impress the reader with his expertise.

Instead, we put the priority on the reader at the end of the process - the person who has to wade through the material, make some sense of it, and put the information to practical use.
